I placed an order online but realized I had the wrong date and called the day before I needed the arrangement. The staff made it easy to change the delivery date and the arrangement was great.

The arrangement I ordered was delivered the next day as requested and the recipient loves it. On-line ordering didn't work so I placed the order by phone. I did not receive the emailed receipt I requested, but I can see on my credit card account that the correct amount was charged. From the picture, Blazing Spiral looks like a spectacular arrangement. I wish I could see it in person, but since I'm a quarter way around the world from my friend, this is a great way to give her something nice.
